Q1. Can this camera be mounted on the outside of a vehicle, such as underneath a lorry load bed where it could be aimed at the fuel tank?
Answer: No it is not weatherproof, for the application you describe we would recommend the Smart Witness SVC300 Vehicle Recorder and a Weatherproof Vehicle Camera like the SVC025.

Answer: The lens has a 50° viewing angle.

Answer: It will operate down to 1.0 lux

Answer: This will vary according to other signals in the area and the receiving equipment's (your WiFi Router, Phone etc...) sensitivity, in our tests we have found the range to be between 5 to 20 metres, so an average of 12.5 metres.

Answer: It can be used outside in the dry only, it is not weatherproof. The temperature range it can be used in is -10 to 40°C
