SmartWitness Acquires Curbsoft, Expands Software Development
SmartWitness recently acquired Curbsoft, a 100% white-label provider of video telematics solutions for the dealer/reseller channel and additional growth markets. Curbsoft software has been an integral part of many SmartWitness products, including SmartMail and SmartView.
We’ve worked together for four years to provide comprehensive, innovative video telematics solutions. Cementing our partnership through this acquisition deepens our ability to deliver comprehensive and highly innovative solutions to our clients.
Strengthening our position as a trusted, valuable partner drove our decision to acquire Curbsoft. They’ve brought innovative artificial intelligence (AI) and machine-learning (ML) solutions to the market over the last several years. Now, SmartWitness can expand its AI and ML software development capabilities, which is a core element of our long-term growth strategy.
